The purpose of this software is to detect physiological signs of substance abuse, without prepared urine or blood test. The test is based on the well-known criteria of objective, physiological findings. Police in several countries use the same tests / criteria as a basis for writing out fines/review and as evidence in court. This particular app is used by the Norwegian police department.
